All orders are made by getting in touch with us first so that we can give you our focused attention. You can pay by any card online but we do not accept payments through our website because we like to check you're getting exactly what you want before ordering.

Returns Policy

DAMAGES/INCORRECT DELIVERY

If you receive damaged tiles or you believe your order to be incorrect, please inform us within 2 working days of the delivery.

SURPLUS

We are unable to accept returns of any leftover products or items that fall outside of a full order cancellation. 

CHANGE OF CHOICE

You have the right to cancel your order if you are unhappy with your selection within 14 days of the delivery date. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel an order, you will have 14 days from this date to return the order to us. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of the goods, and all returns must be sent in the original packaging to our warehouse address we give you. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the return. To request cancellation, please contact us on the number above

Deliveries

Deliveries are next day and usually arrive on an 18 tonne tail lift. The pallett is dropped off on the kerb side and can be pushed to a suitable place but the driver will not go far and he will not load any tiles individually. Please let us know if there are access issues.

Tile samples are sent via DPD or similar.

Payments

Payment links are sent through 3rd party secure merchant banks for you to pay online. We do not store any information other than your name, address and phone number required for deliveries.
